My Work

My hunger for knowledge began in the field of psychology, where I earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree. Psychology provided a strong foundation for the work I do today and gave me space to explore my own research interests. As an undergraduate, I studied women’s experiences of internalised body ideals and how these destructive beliefs can lead to compulsive buying behaviours. At postgraduate level, I focused on embodied spirituality in women living with endometriosis.

However, as my spiritual awareness deepened, the academic field began to feel limiting. It became increasingly difficult to work within a system that pathologises human suffering, while I was beginning to see healing through a more holistic and empowering lens. Psychology gave me a rich intellectual foundation, but I was left with the sense that true, embodied healing was rare in the clinical space.

My work has always centred around how women navigate the world, particularly their complex relationships with their bodies. Living in a patriarchal system that objectifies women’s bodies for their biological and sexual functions, while simultaneously commodifying them through a consumeristic lens, has left many women deeply disconnected. Disconnected from how they feel, from their intuition, and from their body’s natural rhythms. Instead, the focus becomes how the body looks and whether it performs well enough to meet the demands of a fast-paced, productivity-obsessed culture.

We live in a world that isn’t designed for us to respond to our bodies’ needs. We’re so accustomed to ignoring the signals of fatigue, pain, or emotional overwhelm that we pop pills at the first headache, rather than slowing down and asking our body what it truly needs.

My work is about guiding women back into a relationship with their bodies, their wombs, and the ancient healing practices that once kept us in flow, aligned with our cyclical nature rather than at war with it.

I have worked on helplines supporting those with eating disorders, facilitated support groups for women with ADHD, and worked with homeless families and women experiencing domestic violence, trauma, and addiction. I have studied the nervous system, trained as a Womb Awakening Facilitator and Reiki Master Practitioner. But much of my deepest learning has come from my own inner journey.

I was once a woman who only noticed the external appearance of her body. A woman who reached for painkillers to numb every sensation. A woman disconnected from her womb, her cycle, and her pleasure.

Today, I listen to my body without question. If I’m tired, I do everything in my power to rest. If I feel pain, I address it. My energy is sacred. When I am nurtured and cared for, only then can I show up fully for the people around me.

Through my work as an energy healer and womb awakening facilitator, I offer women the permission, space, and modalities to reconnect with the sacred space that is their body.

My approach is intuitive and client-led. I hold space for women to reconnect with their own light. I facilitate a return to your own inner knowing. I trust that you are the expert of your own experience. I hold the space, but it is you who leads.
